Know the Language, Choose Better

Understanding what RTP, volatility and house edge actually mean helps you compare slots and table games on their real mechanics rather than just the theme. When you know what rollover, turnover and wager requirements are, you read promo terms correctly and avoid surprises. Payment and account terms like e-wallet, KYC and responsible-play limits show you how deposits, withdrawals and verification work before

you open your first transaction. We wrote these definitions the way we explain them to new account holders in Dhaka and Chittagong, short and specific, so you spend less time Googling and more time in the lobby.

RTP, Volatility & House Edge

Return to Player, shown as a percentage, is the theoretical long-run payout a slot or table game returns to all players combined over millions of rounds, not a guarantee for any single session.

House edge is the mathematical advantage the casino holds on a game, expressed as a percentage. Lower house edge means the game keeps less of your total wagers over time.

Volatility describes how often and how much a slot pays. Low volatility means frequent small wins; high volatility means rare but bigger wins, with longer dry spells in between.

Wager or turnover is the total amount you bet across all rounds. Promo terms often require you to wager a bonus amount several times before you can withdraw any winnings.

A jackpot is a large prize pool in a slot or table game. Progressive jackpots grow with every bet across the network until one player hits the winning combination.

Live dealer games stream a real human dealer from a studio in real time. You place bets on your screen and watch the cards, wheel or dice handled live.

Asian Handicap, KYC & Rollover

Asian handicap removes the draw by giving one team a virtual goal advantage or deficit. You win if your chosen side covers the spread, making two-way football betting more balanced.

Over/Under bets ask whether the total goals, runs or points in a match will be above or below a line the sportsbook sets. You pick one side of that number.

Rollover is the number of times you must wager a bonus amount before the platform releases it as withdrawable balance. A five-times rollover means you wager five times the bonus value.

An e-wallet is a mobile payment account like bKash, Nagad or Rocket that holds your funds digitally. You send and receive payments with your phone instead of a bank card.

Know Your Customer, or KYC, is the identity-verification process that asks for a government ID and proof of address so the platform can confirm you are who you say you are.

Responsible-play limits let you set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits or wagers in your account settings, helping you stay within a budget you choose yourself.

Using Terms in the Lobby

Tap or hover over any slot thumbnail and select the info icon. RTP appears in the game-information panel where the provider publishes it. Not every studio shows RTP publicly, so some titles display rules and paytable only.

Open your account wallet, then tap the active-bonus badge. You'll see the original bonus amount, the rollover multiplier and how much turnover you've completed so far toward the withdrawal unlock.

Yes. Go to account settings, choose responsible play, and set daily or weekly deposit caps before you add funds via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The system blocks any deposit that would exceed your limit.

Upload a clear photo of your government ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address. Our compliance team reviews it, usually within a few hours, then marks your account verified or asks for a clearer image.

Yes, the house edge on live baccarat, roulette and blackjack matches the RNG versions of the same rules. The difference is the dealing method, not the odds, so you can switch between them freely.

The sportsbook gives one team a virtual run advantage or deficit. If you back the underdog with a plus-fifteen handicap and they lose by fewer than fifteen runs, your bet wins because they covered the spread.
